Let’s look at our work process a bit deeper.
We use 9 steps in our cleaning process.

Step 1. Pre-Inspection

We begin every carpet, upholstery, and mattress cleaning service with a thorough inspection. Using tools such as UV lights and pH testing, we identify spots, stains, pet-related issues, and fabric types to determine the safest and most effective cleaning method for your specific material.

Step 2. HEPA Pre-vacuum

Before applying any cleaning solutions, we perform a detailed HEPA vacuuming step to remove dry soil, dust, pet hair, and debris. Removing dry contaminants first helps improve the overall cleaning results and allows the cleaning solutions to work more effectively.

Step 3. Pre-Treatment & Spot Treatment

We apply professional pre-treatment solutions to loosen embedded soil, body oils, food spills, and other contaminants. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas, pet stains, and heavily soiled sections that require additional treatment and dwell time.

Step 4. Pre-Spray

We apply professional pre-spray solutions specifically selected for your carpet, upholstery, or mattress. These products help break down embedded soil, oils, pet-related contamination, and everyday buildup before the deep cleaning process begins.

Step 5. Agitation

To improve cleaning performance, we agitate the cleaning solution using specialized brushes or a CRB machine, depending on the material. This step helps loosen embedded soil and allows the cleaning solution to reach deeper into the fibers

Step 6. Hot Water Extraction & Rinse

Using our professional extraction system, we thoroughly flush and remove dirt, cleaning solutions, allergens, and contaminants from the fabric or carpet. At the same time, we apply an acidic rinse to leave fibers clean, soft, and properly balanced.

Step 7. Post-Spot Treatment

After the main cleaning process, we inspect the material again and address any remaining spots that may require specialized stain removal techniques. While some permanent stains cannot be fully removed, this step gives us the best opportunity to improve their appearance.

Step 8. Grooming

After cleaning, we groom the carpet fibers to restore their natural appearance and promote faster, more even drying. This step helps improve the overall finish and leaves the carpet looking more uniform and refreshed.

Step 9. Accelerated Drying

We use professional air movers to accelerate the drying process and improve airflow throughout the cleaned areas. Faster drying helps minimize downtime so you can get back to enjoying your carpet, upholstery, or mattress sooner.
