One of my recent jobs in the Bothell area was a sofa that had a heavy buildup of lint, pet hair, and fine debris stuck deep in the fabric. It didn’t look heavily stained at first glance, but once you looked closer, the surface was completely covered in embedded fibers.
Before even starting the main cleaning, I spent extra time on detailed lint removal. This step is often overlooked, but it makes a huge difference – if you don’t remove it first, it just turns into mud once moisture is introduced. Using the right tools, I was able to lift a significant amount of hair and lint out of the fabric.
After that, I moved on to the cleaning process. Once everything dried, the difference was very noticeable. The fabric looked cleaner, felt softer, and most importantly, all that embedded lint and hair were gone.
